Invisalign® – this is the most advanced clear aligner system in the world.

This is due to the way treatment can be planned and streamlined. As well as the way the aligners move the teeth. Most treatments with Invisalign® take an average of 6 months, with changes seen by most patients around 12 weeks into treatment. Unlike traditional fixed braces, Invisalign® clear aligners are removeable and virtually invisible. This treatment does not require any wires and brackets, this allows you to continue the way you brush and floss your teeth. Because the aligners are removeable it means you can continue to eat all your favourite foods.

Because Invisalign® is removeable, it requires you to ensure it is worn over your teeth for a minimum 22 hours per day. The aligners should only be removed when brushing & flossing, eating, as well as when drinking hot drinks. During treatment it is recommended to have regular review appointments with your treating dentist or Orthodontist to ensure your teeth are moving as planned.

Customised Treatment Plan

• Your dedicated dentist or orthodontist will create a 3D digital model of your how your teeth will move using digital scans. This provides a step-by-step treatment plan to align your teeth.
• Your clinician will review the 3D visualization of the planned treatment and expected results.
• Approve the plan and receive an estimated timeline for treatment.

Receiving Aligners

• Custom clear aligners are fabricated based on your treatment plan and goals.
• First set of aligners are provided, along with instructions on wear time (typically 20–22 hours/day).
• Aligners are replaced every 1–2 weeks with the next set in the series.
• All of your aligners in the current set are given to you

Regular Review Appointments

• Schedule follow-up appointments every 4–12 weeks to monitor progress.
• Adjustments to the treatment plan are made if necessary.

Completion of Active Treatment

• Final set of aligners are used to fine-tune alignment and perfect the positions of your teeth.
• Post-treatment evaluation is conducted to confirm results.

Final Retainers

• Retainers are custom-made to maintain teeth in their new positions.

Invisalign® single arch (top or bottom teeth only) is £2,300, including home tooth whitening and Vivera retainers. Invisalign® Lite starts from £2,200, and Invisalign® Comprehensive starts from £3,250. Both Lite and Comprehensive packages also include home whitening and Vivera retainers. We offer a range of finance options, with interest-free plans available. A minimum 50% deposit is required when booking treatment.

We offer both Invisalign® and fixed braces (traditional metal and ceramic) at our practice — the best option for you will be discussed at your consultation.

Your dentist or orthodontist will provide instructions for retainer wear, which is often full-time initially, then transitioning to nighttime wear only. We offer Vivera retainers (set of 3 for £450), standard Essix retainers (£175 per jaw), and fixed wire retainers (£225 per jaw).
